Our very dear friend, Frank Spatuzzi, was honored before the Rays game on Saturday night. Frank, a World War II vet, was honored for his years of service in the Coast Guard, his purple heart, and for all of the good things he's done with his life, including opening an orphanage in New Jersey back when he lived there. While the game against the Red Sox certainly was a divisive one for the fans, Hank commented to me that Frank was the only reason that both teams would stand and cheer at the same time. We're so honored to have witnessed Frank's moment, and even more honored to call him and his wife, Inge, our friends.

It's not everyday you go camping and come upon a magical scene like this. The light was going down, the man took his love's hand, pulled her close to him and kissed her deeply. No, this was not set up, I walked upon this and luckily, had my camera.
